Attorneys and Staff

Elizabeth Wagenaar, Esq. attended Marquette University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with minors in Spanish and Criminology in May 2004.  As an undergraduate, Ms. Wagenaar was actively involved as a volunteer with the Community Learning Center at Escuela Vieau.  Additionally, she spent time working in the Children's Programming Division of the Milwaukee Women's Center.

Mrs. Wagenaar completed her Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree at the John Marshall Law School in May 2007 where she earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Agency and Unincorporated Business Entities.  Following graduation, Ms. Wagenaar volunteered part-time with the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund.

Elizabeth Wagenaar is admitted to the practice of law in Illinois and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois Bar Association.  Mrs. Wagenaar is currently an associate with Katz Law Office, Ltd. in Chicago, Illinois where her areas of practice include family law and civil litigation.
