Raquel Morales

Raquel Morales was born in Chicago, IL and raised in the Pilsen Community-a Mexican-American neighborhood. She attended Benito Juarez High School and moved out of Pilsen where she latter transferred to Bogan Computer Technical High School and graduated in 1990. Throughout high school Raquel worked for Lady Foot Locker within the Customer Service Department.

Prior to that, Raquel held the position of Office Manager for a major telecommunications company, where she managed an office of more than 200 plus. Part of her duties included ensuring that all facets of her responsibilities were covered and accounted for in keeping the office running smoothly.

Later in her career, she worked for the University Of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, where she worked as a Customer Service Representative, ensuring that patients were getting the proper care as well as translating for Spanish speaking patients and handling their accounts.

These jobs gave Raquel an opportunity to learn more about people and personalities within diverse cultures. Raquel and her husband are the proud parents of 3 children.
